What the business says

The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained. The establishment has been or will shortly be fully renovated. The staff have been trained/re-trained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangements. Managers have/are being retrained to ensure new staff members up hold cleanliness and to fill out correctly temperature sheets and daily cleaning sheets. The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment. The front counter was fixed on the evening of the inspection being carried out and was booked that date prior. Cleaning should have been done by the sunday team but was left to the other team on the Monday.
