We are working on the points raised in our inspection and making the following improvements:</div>

<strong>Hot water:</strong> We have hired a plumber to restore full hot water to all handwashing sinks. In the meantime.</li>
<li>
<strong>Lighting:</strong> Brighter lighting for the rear area has been ordered and will be fitted soon.</li>
<li>
<strong>Flooring:</strong> We are arranging for heavy-duty, washable flooring to be installed in the rear area as part of our ongoing store update.</li>
<li>
<strong>Pest Control &amp; Hygiene:</strong> All gaps and entry points have been sealed for full Pest control, and staff continue to follow strict daily cleaning and waste management rules.</li>
