I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements:</p>

The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained.</p>
<p>
The staff have been trained/re-trained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangements.</p>

Our rating was affected by several temporary circumstances that do not reflect our standard operations:</p>
<p>
The chiller room light was faulty</p>
<p>
Temperature readings were taken during the defrost cycle</p>
<p>
We had temporarily run out of juice labels (stock issue)</p>
<p>
There was a miscommunication regarding food preparation procedures in the downstairs kitchen</p>
<p>
Temperature chart was misplaced outside the folder for the month of November.</p>
