	The staff have been trained/re-trained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangements. The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;

	Before Hot water was not working due to some mechanical issue now it&amp;amp;#39;s working&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;
	The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment. The issues identified were temporary and occurred due to exceptional operational circumstances on the day. These matters have since been fully addressed, staff have been trained in food hygiene standards, and normal generally satisfactory hygiene conditions are consistently maintained at the premises.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
