	Other - please specify below: We highly appreciate the professional assistance and feedback from the inspector following our inspection on May 19, 2026. We immediately took all necessary steps to reach the highest standards. Following the advice, we immediately purchased and fully completed the official &amp;amp;#39;Safer Food, Better Business&amp;amp;#39; (SFBB) pack and diary. We have also addressed all minor points raised in the report: we purchased separate colour-coded tongs for raw meat and ready-to-eat burgers; all opened dry goods packaging&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
