The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained&nbsp;</p>
<p>
All matters identified during the inspection have been fully addressed. Our Food Safety Management System has been strengthened, staff training has been completed, workflow has been refined and all controls are now embedded into daily practice.</p>
<p>
The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because the premises had been open for nine days at the time of the inspection. Staff training, workflow bedding-in and final layout adjustments were still underway. The issues identified were early-stage operational bedding-in matters rather than reflective of our usual standards. These have now been fully resolved and our systems, training and controls are firmly established.</p>
