&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;
	&amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;We started carrying out the necessary works immediately.&amp;amp;nbsp; The kitchen has been thoroughly cleaned, and procedures are in place to ensure that standards are maintained.&amp;amp;nbsp; &amp;lt;/strong&amp;gt;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;
	&amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;We have applied for a re-rating inspection where we are aiming to achieve a higher food hygiene rating.&amp;lt;/strong&amp;gt;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
