	At the time of the inspection our digital food safety recording system was being updated and so off-line to the inspecting officer.&amp;amp;nbsp; Another way to access this has been put in place and staff trained so that this should not recur.&amp;amp;nbsp; In addition, manual recording has been implemented if the digital system can&amp;amp;rsquo;t be accessed&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;

	All staff have received refresher training&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;

	Maintenance and repairs have been undertaken&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;
	&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;
	The only remaining point from the inspection to complete is the flooring issue for which we are awaiting a date for completion now that we have received pricing for the works. Once this has been rectified, we will request a revisit.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
