At the time of the inspection our digital food safety recording system was being updated and so off-line to the inspecting officer.&nbsp; Another way to access this has been put in place and staff trained so that this should not recur.&nbsp; In addition, manual recording has been implemented if the digital system can&rsquo;t be accessed</p>

The only remaining point from the inspection to complete is the flooring issue for which we are awaiting a date for completion now that we have received pricing for the works. Once this has been rectified, we will request a revisit.</p>
