Dishwasher has been thoroughly cleaned, along with other items in the kitchen.&nbsp; Deep fat fryer oil leak was not possible to repair - new deep fat fryer bought and installed.&nbsp; Chest freezer which had broken internal light has been replaced with a new one.&nbsp; Use-by stickers system is in place.&nbsp; Lasagne - we have not added this to our egg allergen category as it is dried, not fresh, and does not contain egg.&nbsp; Cheese on toast - now included in our milk allergen category.</p>
<p>
Faulty equipment, which has now been replaced.</p>
