	* Blue paper towel has been purchased and introduced for use within the&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	premises.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	* Two new digital temperature probes have been purchased, with one&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	dedicated exclusively to ready-to-eat foods and the other dedicated to raw&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	meat products.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;

	* A new battery has been fitted to the cold room thermometer to ensure&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	accurate temperature monitoring.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	* Disposable aprons have been introduced for use when serving ready-toeat&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	foods to minimise the risk of cross-contamination.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	* Two separate spray bottles have been purchased and clearly marked with&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	the correct dilution measurements to ensure the appropriate concentration&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	of cleaning chemicals is consistently used. One bottle is designated solely&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	for ready-to-eat food areas and the other solely for raw meat areas.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;

	* A separate cleaning bucket has been introduced for exclusive use within&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;

	the ready-to-eat food area.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;

	* Use-by dates for ready-to-eat foods are now clearly displayed and visible&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;

	to customers within the display counter.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;

	* A safety screen is being installed to provide a physical separation&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;

	between raw and ready-to-eat foods, reducing the risk of crosscontamination.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
