We have implemented all corrective actions identified by Environmental Health following inspection and have requested a re-rating inspection.</p>
<p>
The inspection occurred during an exceptional period for the business following the loss of a key member of the management and operations team and significant staffing changes in the kitchen. We accept responsibility for maintaining food safety standards and have implemented all necessary&nbsp; improvements.&nbsp; We have also appointed a consultant to oversee our food safety management systems and support the day-to-day operation of the business.</p>
