	I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;

	improvements :&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	The establishment has been or will shortly be fully renovated so that the premises is cleansable.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	A new management system has been developed and will be implemented in the very short term.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	There is now a new manager and/or new staff.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	The staff have been trained/re-trained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangements.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
		The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because;&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
	&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
		The resident chef resigned following a period of sickness and the search for a replacement had commenced. A suitable chef is in place on a long-term basis and he is determined to help us get the kitchen back up to the standards that have been enjoyed over the past 12 years.&amp;amp;nbsp;&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
