There is now a new manager and/or new staff.</div>

The staff have been trained/re-trained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangements.</div>

The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because;</div>

The resident chef resigned following a period of sickness and the search for a replacement had commenced. A suitable chef is in place on a long-term basis and he is determined to help us get the kitchen back up to the standards that have been enjoyed over the past 12 years.&nbsp;</div>
