	&amp;lt;em&amp;gt;&amp;amp;lsquo;We were very disappointed to see our food hygiene rating&amp;lt;/em&amp;gt;&amp;lt;em&amp;gt;&amp;amp;nbsp;reduced from 5 to 3 following a recent inspection.&amp;lt;/em&amp;gt;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;
	&amp;lt;em&amp;gt;All of the minor issues raised during the visit have already been rectified. Our staff are fully trained and certified, our food safety systems are rigorous.&amp;lt;/em&amp;gt;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;
	&amp;lt;em&amp;gt;We remain confident that a re-inspection will restore our well-deserved 5-star rating.&amp;amp;rsquo;&amp;lt;/em&amp;gt;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;
	&amp;lt;strong&amp;gt;The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because:&amp;lt;/strong&amp;gt;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;
	&amp;lt;em&amp;gt;&amp;amp;#39;Cladding arranged for all internal walls, light fitting being replaced, all dependant on tradesman availability.&amp;lt;/em&amp;gt;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;
	&amp;lt;em&amp;gt;All other issues addressed.&amp;amp;#39;&amp;lt;/em&amp;gt;&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
