<em>&lsquo;We were very disappointed to see our food hygiene rating</em><em>&nbsp;reduced from 5 to 3 following a recent inspection.</em></p>
<p>
<em>All of the minor issues raised during the visit have already been rectified. Our staff are fully trained and certified, our food safety systems are rigorous.</em></p>
<p>
<em>We remain confident that a re-inspection will restore our well-deserved 5-star rating.&rsquo;</em></p>

<strong>The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because:</strong></p>
<p>
<em>&#39;Cladding arranged for all internal walls, light fitting being replaced, all dependant on tradesman availability.</em></p>

<em>All other issues addressed.&#39;</em></p>
