	We have engaged with partners Celtic Collection Food Safe Team to review our entire food safety management and put in place a plan to address all issues highlighted in the report.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;

	This includes the following, which is now underway:&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;p&amp;gt;
	External consultants observing operations and developing bespoke HACCP documentation specific to our risks and legal requirements. Drafting the Food Safety Plan tailored to our daily operations and delivering onsite training sessions with individuals. The consultants will also support in the longer term to develop a culture of confidence and embed food safety, into everyday actions.&amp;lt;/p&amp;gt;
