	Following the inspection on 20.02.2026, we reviewed the issue identified regarding&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	chilled food being recorded above the recommended temperature.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	During our internal review we identified that, although the refrigerator was set to the&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	correct temperature, the internal temperature was not evenly distributed through the&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	unit. As a result, some areas of the display unit were not maintaining the required&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	temperature when checked with a thermometer.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	As an immediate corrective action, the display unit has been replaced with a new one&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	to ensure consistent and reliable temperature control. The new unit also includes doors&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	which helps maintain a more stable internal temperature and reduces temperature&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	fluctuation during service.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	In addition, we have strengthened our food safety procedures by introducing additional&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	routine checks of chilled food temperature using a probe thermometer. This allows us&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	to verify that the food is consistently stored within safe temperature limits and that&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	equipment is functioning effectively.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	Those measures have been implemented to ensure continued compliance with food&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	safety standards. With the issue now resolved, we remain committed to maintaining the&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
&amp;lt;div&amp;gt;
	high standards consistently achieved in our kitchen operations over the years.&amp;lt;/div&amp;gt;
