What the business says

I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements

The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and new cleaning procedures have been implemented to ensure that cleanliness is maintained.
The kitchen’s floor has been partially renovated.
A new management system has been implemented.
We have trained staff in our in food safety management system and how to record cooking and cooing temperatures accurately using our Safe Food Pro App.

I have worked with the Food Safety Team at Barnsley Council to address all the items identified during the food safety inspection

The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because I simply took my eye off the ball. We are back on it.
