What the business says

The current food hygiene rating reflects the conditions identified at the time of the inspection. Since that inspection, we have taken the matter very seriously and have implemented a comprehensive programme of corrective actions and improvements across the premises.

We remain fully committed to maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene, food safety, cleanliness and management. The improvements have been undertaken with the aim of ensuring that our standards consistently meet and exceed the required requirements.

A formal application for a re-rating inspection has been submitted to the Environmental Health Authority, and we are awaiting the opportunity for the premises to be reassessed.

We respectfully ask customers to recognise that the published rating represents the position at the time of the previous inspection and does not reflect the improvements subsequently made.

We thank our customers for their continued support and assure them that food safety and the wellbeing of our customers remain our highest priorities
