What the business says

We were extremely disappointed with our rating and have taken immediate action to rectify all points raised by the officer. We have renovated our store and have implemented new procedures to ensure that we are able to maintain a high level of

compliance. The staff have been given further instructions and the store has been thoroughly re-organized, is operating in line with our other locations. We are looking forward to a reinspection.

Camden location now operating in line with the high standards in our other locations, and issues specific to this location have been addressed and rectified.
