What the business says

I was in hospital for 6 months during lockdown and the business was closed and empty. My daughter in law re-opened to help me at Easter and although she maintained good hygiene, she had not had formal training. She completed the training straight away and everything mentioned in the inspection report was immediately dealt with and renovated as soon as the inspector alerted her, to the satisfaction of the inspector by the time of the follow-up visit. Very good hygiene and food safety practice is now being maintained at all times.
