I agree with inspection findings and have since completed all necessary improvements. The premises have been thoroughly cleaned; procedures have been strengthened. New cleaning system implemented. Staff have been retrained. The inspection took place during a bad timing. Since the inspection, all issues identified. We are committing to maintaining high food hygiene standard and soon applying for re-inspection.
