What the business says

I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements.

  • The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained.
  • The establishment has been fully renovated.
  • A new management system has been implemented.
  • There is now new staff.
  • The staff have been re-trained and are under revised supervisory arrangements.
We acknowledge and apologies for the drop in our standards, we are working with EH but are unable to apply for rescore for 3 months after our inspection, we have already applied and await our visit once we are able. The premise has had a deep clean and repairs undertaken and we have restarted the completion of our records.
 
Of the neglect in completing hygiene paperwork and maintaining organisation. However, we have diligently  undertaken renovations and replacements, alongside prioritising cleanliness. We have continued to label food items with their expiration dates on bags, and we guarantee the safety of our food by regularly checking temperatures. We will strive to make significant improvements to ensure the health and well-being of our customers.
