What the business says

Smok’n Greek Bbq Ltd is committed to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene for our customers. The rating given on the 31^st of August 2026 reflected a particularly difficult trading day during which the management and staff of which were family members was experiencing severe personal and family stress. This unexpected impacted our communication and on- site readiness during the unannounced visit. We have since taking steps to address all points raised by the local authority, including updating our management records, staff training procedures, to ensure our service consistently reflects our true standards of excellence.
