What the business says

I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements:

The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained.
A new management system has been implemented.
All staff have started a new training programme to bring them up to date with new legislation and will have ongoing training as and when needed.

The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because :

Unfortunately, one of the owners has been ill and I took my eye off the ball at work. It is now my responsibility to keep on top of all aspects of business and I have started to make the changes that have been requested. I will be requesting another visit to have a re-inspection in the near future.
