What the business says

I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements.

The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained.

The establishment has been or will shortly be fully renovated.

There is now a new manager and/or new staff.

The staff have been trained/re-trained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangements.

The conditions identified at the time of the inspection were not representative of our standards typically maintained and as evidenced by our historic ratings of 5. Following this inspection, we took immediate remedial measures, as evidenced by the report sent to the officer on 18/9/2026. The premises was deep cleaned, staff were retrained, management team was reinforced and all equipment and fixtures were replaced, cleaned or fixed. We had already asked for an increase in our waste collection a couple of weeks prior to this inspection and are still awaiting the extra lifts. We are still chasing this and hopeful that it will be in place [by the end of September]. We take the findings of this inspection very seriously and have corrected most, if not all, of the points mentioned. We have provided photographic evidence of the corrective actions and have also requested for a revisit so that our improvements can be assessed and a new score be given which is more in line with our usual and historic standards.
