What the business says

We understand the reasoning behind the 1 star, due to the school having boiler issues and therefore no hot water supply to the hand wash sinks, only temporary hot water boilers. Since December 2025 the boiler repairs have taken place and the hot water back to normal service and required temperature.

The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment.

All necessary works have now been completed as requested via the report flaking paint, moving the fly executor, cobwebs in freezer area, hot water boiler now working so hot running water throughout the kitchen and toilet area.
