The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned, and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained,
The staff have been trained/re-trained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangements.
The building has been partially renovated to EHO standard as we have a very old building.
Meats are now sliced and prepacked to avoid cross contamination of cooked and uncooked meats.
Old machinery left by the previous owner has now been removed, we have also brought down our allergen books which were upstairs and updated every single item to make sure everything is correct. We had one item listed without a may contain, so these have been added.
The sink has been replaced upstairs for a no touch sink.
We have had the landlord fixing faults with the old building, a small potential hole near the door and roof has been fixed.
We now have a chip and pin device for each side of the shop, butcher and bakery side.
The floor under sink upstairs has been replaced.
