If other selected, please specify? A new pest controller has now been employed and has visited the premises twice since and has implemented a robust action plan. They will continue to visit on a weekly basis to monitor and ensure the issues encountered will not be an issue in the future.

The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the premises because? Mouse droppings being found in some storage areas where there was a breach in infrastructure which have now been robustly repaired.
