What the business says

On the 30th of July I received a visit of the environmental health and was given a food rating of 2 for a number of reasons although I feel that the Quality of the food and the cleanliness of the shop is in my opinion to a high standard and the kind remarks that we have received from the visiting public is amazing. However due to lack of business experience and being a little naive I have not had my business reach the standards required in some areas notably…although fridge/freezer temp checks and food temp checks were done I failed to record them due to not having the Safer Food Better Business pack, however I have now purchased the pack and it is kept up to date. Other problems were noted during the visit …better ventilation, new hand wash basin and double sink, safety certificate for coffee machine. We have made the necessary changes and will be compliant at all times with the Environmental Health. Thank You Michael Ralph(owner)
