What the business says

I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements
We have a fully qualified Pest control in place, which has reported the site is safe and free of infestation.
A new boiler has been installed and new hand sinks will be installed shortly.
A better hygiene record system is in place and being used daily.
More renovation work is going underway to improve condition of enviroment to meet hygiene standards.
Laslty we will be revisted for a re-inspection soon, once sinks are installed to bring our rating back up!

The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because the site has been undergoing a lot of renovation and building work.
