What the business says

I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements:

The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained. The canopy above the oven was deeply cleaned. Everything suggested has been done since the visit.

The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because all the paperwork missing has was updated and filled properly. Our buffet system is now on updated form.

We have changed the fridge seals and changed one of our microwave.
