What the business says

Following the re-inspection on 30 June 2026, the actions identified have been addressed. The Safer Food Better Business for Caterers pack is now being maintained with records kept up to date. An allergen matrix has been prepared for the menu following Environmental Health guidance and staff have been reminded of food hygiene.

The business was experiencing significant pressure at the time due to a dispute with our landlord and currently is still ongoing, where notice has been served on the premises. This created considerable uncertainty and diverted management attention. We accept responsibility for the standards required and have since addressed the issues identified and strengthened our procedures ensuring improvements have been maintained on an on-going basis as mentioned above.
