I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements.

The establishment has been throroughly cleansed and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained.

The conditions found at the time of inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because of a change of tenant some days prior. Works were in the process of being arranged and will be done 30th 31stMarch and 1st April
