· Temperature Control: The hot-holding equipment was adjusted immediately. All hot-hold items (including beans) are strictly monitored and maintained well above the mandatory 63°C, with daily logs updated accordingly.

· Allergen Management: Our allergen matrix has been thoroughly updated to explicitly detail the specific types of gluten-containing cereals and nut varieties present in our ingredients.

· Hygiene Facilities: Staff have been strictly retrained to ensure the dedicated hand-wash basin is utilized exclusively for personal hygiene.
