We take food safety and hygiene incredibly seriously. Following our recent inspection, immediate and thorough corrective actions have been taken to fully address the structural proofing and pest prevention issues highlighted in the officer's report.We immediately engaged a professional pest control contractor who has completed two site visits and established an active monitoring system. Following their guidance, we have structurally sealed all potential entry points into the building. Simultaneously, the entire premises underwent a rigorous environmental deep clean and sanitisation. Our team has completed updated training on daily hygiene monitoring and reporting. With the professional technician's reports now on file and the structural works completed, we are submitting our application for a formal paid re-inspection visit to update our rating as quickly as possible
