Food safety management documentation and daily monitoring records have been addressed. Food is no longer being stored directly on the floor in the dry store and freezer. Out-of-date food and incorrectly dated products have been removed/addressed. The kitchen unit 2 door has been cleaned. Appropriate colour-coded utensils are being used for food preparation. Handwashing facilities have been provided with hygienic hand-drying materials. PPDS labelling requirements have been addressed. The glasswasher storage area has been cleaned. Waste oil drums are being stored correctly with lids/caps in place. Excess waste has been removed from the bin store. Some damaged flooring has already been repaired/replaced.
