What the business says

I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements;

- The establishment has been throughly cleaned and procedures in place to ensure cleanliness is maiintained

- the staff have been trained/retrained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangments

- The complete SFBB manual has been redone together with all the other points raised at the inspection

- the conditions found at the time of inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because; the fridges were fuller than normal because of Mother's Day weekend. Also, processes are always followed, but the paperwork was not at all up to date, for which I apologise.
