What the business says

The building which is owned by transport for wales (and ultimately welsh government!) has had approval for demolition, but as yet no date.  The building is suffering from subsidence on the bridge it sits on, meaning that the floor is constantly shifting, I have again this week filled in the gaps on the floor, but the floor constantly moves so im not sure how long it will last. The stained ceiling tile (in the shop area not food prep) is also a landlord's issue that they have been notified of several times as has the loose tap, which I've tightened several times but always works loose

Until i get a date for eviction, I am not eligible for the compensation I am due. As soon as i get the go ahead I will be seeking new premises and am actively looking at the moment into buying a small unit rather than renting.

These ongoing structural  issues are impacting my score every year but I am unable to do anything as the landlord is uninterested in repairing a building due for demolition
