What the business says

We acknowledge the findings of the recent food hygiene inspection and have since been working closely with Fylde Council to address all areas identified for improvement.

Significant steps have already been taken to strengthen our food safety management systems. We have engaged an external consultant to re-train our kitchen team, ensuring that all policies and procedures are consistently and correctly followed.

We have also partnered with Shield Safety under a three-year agreement to carry out regular independent audits and to introduce their award-winning RiskProof system. This partnership ensures that all our regulatory checks and records are completed thoroughly and maintained to the highest standards.

Following a subsequent visit from Fylde Borough Council to confirm that the required actions had been completed, we have formally requested a re-visit to reassess our rating. We are confident that with these robust systems now in place, our food hygiene standards reflect the high level of quality our guests rightly expect.

We remain fully committed to maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety across our operations.”
