What the business says
All issues raised have been rectified, most notably, a new vaccum packer has been purchased. All daily paperwork is up to date, and carried out daily, as is normal practice. Staff have been re-trained on handwashing procedures. New cleaning schedule is being carried out for opening, during & closing operations. The vacuum packer had very recently broken, and is not a true reflection of our normal high standards of food quality, and care in preparation. I was out of the business on the day in question, meaning my guidance and support was not there for the team, in dealing with a higher than normal stressful environment.
