I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements:

The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained. The staff have been trained/re-trained/given instructions/are under revised supervisory arrangements.

We had to cut down on manpower due to financial difficulties caused by cost of living crisis and spiralling energy and food prices.

The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because:

We have worked very hard to address all the issues raised at the last inspection. Old equipment, a fridge and containers have been replaced and management has retaken and passed a food hygiene level 2 course. All these steps were taken soon after the last visit.
