What the business says

I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements:

The establishment has been thoroughly cleaned and procedures are in place to ensure that cleanliness is maintained.

The staff have been trained/re-trained/given instruction/are under revised supervisory arrangements.

Our rating was affected by several temporary circumstances that do not reflect our standard operations:

The chiller room light was faulty

Temperature readings were taken during the defrost cycle

We had temporarily run out of juice labels (stock issue)

There was a miscommunication regarding food preparation procedures in the downstairs kitchen

Temperature chart was misplaced outside the folder for the month of November.
