What the business says

We acknowledge the structural issues listed in the EHO report. We have arranged for a contractor to come and fix the flooring which is lifting in parts and to redecorate the kitchen ceiling.

We have arranged for a gas safety report and a cleaning canopy report to be sent to the EHO.

We have purchased a new stainless-steel table.

We have reviewed the way we manage the information on allergens on our menu.

We always work with the EHO and are looking forward to showing her our progress when she comes back in October.
