What the business says

At the time of the inspection our digital food safety recording system was being updated and so off-line to the inspecting officer. Another way to access this has been put in place and staff trained so that this should not recur. In addition, manual recording has been implemented if the digital system can’t be accessed

All staff have received refresher training

Maintenance and repairs have been undertaken

The only remaining point from the inspection to complete is the flooring issue for which we are awaiting a date for completion now that we have received pricing for the works. Once this has been rectified, we will request a revisit.
