?
A new management system has been implemented.
?
There is now a new manager and/or new staff.
?

The report states there is no available dishwasher. I can confirm there are steam dishwashers in use in every kitchen, and were at the time of the inspection.
At Killelea House we take food hygiene very seriously. The lower than expected rating was predominantly due to improvements needing to be made in the paperwork element of the inspection.
Since the inspection, we are in the process of implementing robust measures to address this and we look forward to welcoming the inspector back in the very near future, where we will be able to demonstrate full compliance with management procedures and we are confident our rating will score highly.
