What the business says

I agree with the inspection results but have since carried out the following improvements:

‘We were very disappointed to see our food hygiene rating reduced from 5 to 3 following a recent inspection.

All of the minor issues raised during the visit have already been rectified. Our staff are fully trained and certified, our food safety systems are rigorous.

We remain confident that a re-inspection will restore our well-deserved 5-star rating.’

The conditions found at the time of the inspection were not typical of the normal conditions maintained at the establishment and arose because:

'Cladding arranged for all internal walls, light fitting being replaced, all dependant on tradesman availability.

All other issues addressed.'
