What the business says

Following the inspection on 20.02.2026, we reviewed the issue identified regarding
chilled food being recorded above the recommended temperature.
During our internal review we identified that, although the refrigerator was set to the
correct temperature, the internal temperature was not evenly distributed through the
unit. As a result, some areas of the display unit were not maintaining the required
temperature when checked with a thermometer.
As an immediate corrective action, the display unit has been replaced with a new one
to ensure consistent and reliable temperature control. The new unit also includes doors
which helps maintain a more stable internal temperature and reduces temperature
fluctuation during service.
In addition, we have strengthened our food safety procedures by introducing additional
routine checks of chilled food temperature using a probe thermometer. This allows us
to verify that the food is consistently stored within safe temperature limits and that
equipment is functioning effectively.
Those measures have been implemented to ensure continued compliance with food
safety standards. With the issue now resolved, we remain committed to maintaining the
high standards consistently achieved in our kitchen operations over the years.
