The business has taken all matters raised during the inspection seriously and has implemented comprehensive improvements. These include a new bespoke food safety management system and associated monitoring and record documentation, strengthened food safety procedures and management controls, replacement equipment and physical improvements, and further training and instruction for management, supervisors and team members.
